Our appointments are carefully scheduled to suit each dog's needs, so we kindly ask that dogs are collected on time. If you think you may need extra time, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate where possible. Dogs collected late without prior agreement may be subject to an additional charge (£5 for every 15 minutes over the time given)
